All orders generally go into production once the order is placed and cannot be changed once the order is submitted. Please make sure that the initials are in the exact order you would like them to be on the item(s) purchased. If you absolutely need to update the initials or name provided, please contact us with in 1-2 hours after the order is submitted and we can try to accommodate your request.
All of our ambassadors have 10% off discount codes and occasionally we have sales that offer discounts. If you place your order and do not add the discount code, we cannot give you a partial refund to adjust your order. Please be sure to add your discount codes before placing your order!
Due to most of our items being made to order, orders will ship within 3-4 weeks after purchase but we do our best to get them out within get 1-5 business days. All orders are done in the order they are received. If you would like an update on your order, feel free to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All of our products that ship domestically have 1-3 day shipping. Once you receive an email stating that your order is completed, your order should be arriving shortly! Although you may receive an email stating that an item has shipped, it may take 1-2 days for it to be dropped off at the post office. Usually, items are dropped off Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
If the items are returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charges.
Personalized items (any item with your initials and/or name on it) are not returnable. If you are truly unsatisfied with your personalized order, let us know and we will try to accommodate your requests.
If you wish to return a non-personalized item, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your item (exception for orders placed during the holiday season, returns are available until January 10th). Items that have not be used and have been kept clean since delivery may be returned. We will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the product, the shipping of the product is non-refundable. We do not offer return labels.
